"My name is Sean ____, my girlfriend and I were traveling from Lake Chelan down to the Columbia River.  Just short of Wenatchee, my trailer brakes had locked up and I had no clue how it had happened.  I was able to get a quick fix, and luckily make it in to your store.  When I arrived to your store, the staff there were able to help me out and figure out the problem and fix it quickly and permanently.  It had to have been 95 degrees outside, and I really wish I could remember there names, I know they were father and son, but in any case they were out in the heat on the black top under the trailer and all around it fixing the problem at hand.  He was even able to shorten the power cable so it did not drag nor catch on anything again.  I was very impressed at the courtesy, professionalism, knowledge and advise that they were able to give.

Thanks to them and the items I bought while I was in your store, we were able to get back on the road and finish our camping trip and have a excellent time. Thank you again for your help and professional customer service."
